I Trust Me is a book written in the form of a novel, considering the young people who experience great excitement in the audition exams and whose emotional balance is disturbed by this.
The book tells the story of a group of students struggling with test anxiety and developing their self-confidence under the leadership of a psychological counselor. While the intense anxiety experienced prevents some students from studying, it appears in the form of harming themselves or their environment in some students. In the book, students participating in this group learn to cope with their own intense anxieties.
