Crime is everywhere and it is tried to be understood, and criminal practices are still discussed and a common conscience is tried to be created. An interdisciplinary approach is needed in order to understand and analyze the crime phenomenon and the definition of crime, which is multifaceted and dependent on many factors, and the changing criminal practices. In this book, which deals with the sociology of crime and the philosophy of punishment, the different perspectives of various academics, who are philosophers, sociologists, and lawyers, take place on different subjects.
