The subject of leadership has a history as old as the process of people living collectively. Although it is the most studied, written and researched subject in the world, it is still not fully understood. For this reason, it preserves and will continue to protect its mystery.
The idea of ​​writing this book has occupied my mind for a long time. The reason was that leadership was perceived as a unit. However, later on, my thoughts changed. Writing the book, taking only the leadership unit, did not seem very satisfying. For this reason, it has come to the fore to include issues that are closely related to leadership in the book. Therefore, topics such as decision-making process, cultural structure, personality, communication, motivation, stress and moral structure were included in the book. Within each unit, general evaluations about leadership were made.
Changes and developments in the social, political, economic and technological fields are taking place at a dizzying pace in the world. In such a process of change and development, some basic elements are needed so that companies, institutions and societies do not fall behind. Chief among these is leadership. Because only those who have leadership qualities can bring institutions or societies to the desired welfare levels by including them in the change and development process in accordance with the requirements of the age.
The book was written in a format that can be used by those who prepared it for the management level, as well as associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students. We tried to keep the language as simple as possible. Despite all this, mistakes and shortcomings will definitely be seen.
