Vibrations and Waves

It is known that the latest advances and developments in physics will carry applications and developments in almost every field of other sciences to the present day. Considering this situation, it is important to understand the concepts of physics well in terms of helping the development of science branches.
This book; it is composed of the lecture notes of Vibrations and Waves Physics that we taught at Atatürk University, Faculty of Science, Physics Department between the 1995-2010 academic years. This textbook will also benefit the Vibrations and Waves Laboratory course, which is compulsory. Physics of Vibrations and Waves is one of the compulsory courses taught in the first semester of the second year in the Physics Departments of the Faculties of Science and Education of universities.
The purpose of turning these lecture notes, which are taught under the name of Vibration and Waves, into a book is that there are not enough books written in Turkish at undergraduate and graduate levels. This problem makes itself felt even more in science. Because it is not possible for university students to follow foreign sources because they do not know a foreign language. We believe that this book will be useful for both undergraduate and graduate students.
