The risks and difficulties that people face today are not just summaries limited to individual stories, but can be expressed as situations that have become part of a social problem. Every day, hundreds of children face various threats, physically, mentally and socially. “Children at Risk” emerged as a study that aims to shed light on possible solutions to the problems encountered in this process. In this book, measures that can be taken against the risk factors that children may encounter are explained, especially from a perspective that considers their development. In the book, many risk situations that children may encounter, from abuse to addiction, are addressed and discussed from multiple perspectives. At the same time, examples of social emotional development sessions are presented to field experts working with children. Therefore, this book aims to inspire readers by providing them with the opportunity to think about solutions and intervention methods.
