Weather is an important factor affecting aircraft performance and flight safety. It is the state of the atmosphere at a given time and place according to variables such as temperature (hot or cold), humidity (wet or dry), wind speed (calm or stormy), visibility (clear or cloudy), and barometric pressure (high or low).
